i’m not usually one to complain, but every single time this one worker works at this location not only does she take incredibly long, but the drink is always nasty. Every single other employee there is lovely. But anytime she’s working. She takes incredibly long and it’s honestly just odd to me considering that her responsibility is to make a drink and she can’t. She wears a bandanna and glasses. not only is she not not doing her job but she’s rude about it. every time we do a mobile order, she doesn’t work on it until we’re at the counter, asking where it is. We will even go as Far as to order it as soon as we leave the house which is a 15 minute drive and it’s still not ready by the time it says it’s going to be ready on the app. Sometimes we wait 20 minutes.

Barista made my day. Drive thru coffee size was smaller than I ordered it was a miscommunication. She remade and was so lovely through the whole process even with a long line behind me. I would have taken the smaller coffee as that’s what she charged me but she made it right and was happy to do so. That is what customer service is about. I tried to call the store to recognize her.

Great service and great drinks. I ordered a matcha on Monday, March 23 at 6:50 am, and they wrote “you’re amazing” on my cup. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Thank you for spreading kindness 🤍

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. When I parked to pick it up, the person who served me rolled down their window and rudely told me I couldn't come in like that, so I'd better be careful next time. And when they gave me my drink, surprise, surprise, it was only half full! 😂 I was in a big hurry because I had to get to work, but I'm very dissatisfied with this place!

I just went through the drive through and my drink felt lighter than usual… I drove off and on the first red light opened my drink and it looks like the picture… I am missing 1/4 of my drink. Please ensure that your drinks are full… so disappointing.
